This has got to be one of the most interesting and enjoyable fictions I've read in a while! It's dark, funny, intriguing, and scary, all at once. I couldn't put this book down. The author is masterful in how she built out this story, dropping clues and hints as truths slowly come out. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but the themes addressed in this book are serious, and it was handled in a way that gave me chills, both for how scary it is and how easy it is for people to end up in those situations.
